Renting our flats

 

Flats are advertised as soon as a tenant gives notice.

 

Prospective tenants are invited to view the property and can reserve it with a holding deposit of £50.  This is refundable once the first month’s rent has been paid.  You are advised to bring this with you on a viewing as the property may remain available for others until a holding deposit has been received.

 

We are not agents but tenants are required to pay £50 for credit checks.

We are not able to accept tenants on DSS for some of our properties and none allow large pets. 

 

The first month’s rent and deposit must be paid before moving in.  The deposit is equal to £100 plus the monthly rent.

 

We aim to provide flats that become homes for our tenants. Tenants must sign and abide by an Assured Short hold Tenancy Agreement; this is normally for a minimum of six months.  While we occasionally accept tenants for shorter periods, most will stay for longer.

Flats

Each flat is neutrally decorated and supplied with a fridge / freezer and a washing machine.
